COVID 19 Pandemic: A Message to Our Customers

We have heard your concerns and would like to assure you that discussions are underway about how we can ease the challenges and stresses facing our customers at this difficult time. Time of Use (TOU) pricing is provincially regulated and any updates on this would be made by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB). More information is available on the OEB’s website (www.oeb.ca).

Although more updates are expected to be made available over the coming days, at this time, we would like to let you know that Festival Hydro Inc. will be extending the winter residential disconnection ban until further notice as a way of helping to ease some of the stress on our customer’s and their families.

We would like to strongly urge customers in need of assistance to call us so that we can look into your eligibility for assistance programs available, or assist you by setting up an easier payment schedule for accounts in arrears.
