Did You Know...

Festival Hydro runs an annual school safety program to educate children about how to stay safe around electricity.

With Festival Hydro’s commitment to Public Safety, and local interest in electrical-awareness education, Festival Hydro Inc. offers an Electrical Safety Awareness Program to all elementary schools in our service area.

A Festival Hydro employee delivers the electrical safety message to grade 5-6 students within their classroom environment. The interactive, hour-long presentation is offered over a select period of time spanning the end of January through the beginning of February.  This valuable message annually reaches approximately 700 students, with continued support from local schools.
