Have you considered signing up for a MyFestivalHydro account to access your account's historical billing and consumption information 24/7. When signing up you can also choose to switch to paperless billing!
Payment Due Dates
If you are a Residential Budget customer you now have two (2) dates to choose from for your billing due date. In addition to your current due date, we can offer you a due date of the first of the month. If you wish to make this change, please contact customer service at 519-271-4700 and choose option 2, or email us at email@example.com. We will be very happy to assist you. (Note: This is limited to one change of due date in a 12-month period.)
Notice for Residential Customers
Effective April 19, 2021 Festival Hydro will no longer be mailing paper notices to advise customers of outstanding account balances. To notify customers that an account is in arrears a pre-recorded call will be placed to the phone number that has been provided as the contact on the account. Please review the contact details that you have provided and make any updates as necessary to ensure that we can reach you in order to facilitate payment arrangements or to discuss assistance programs that may be available.
